Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Simple terms for using mghoz.com.

These terms apply when you use mghoz.com, take the capability assessment, show interest in a course, or book a call. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who you are dealing with

The site is run by Mahmoud Ghoz, Egypt. Email contactme@mghoz.com. The site is meant for people aged 18 and over.

Using the site

The content on the site is general information about leadership and organizational development. It is not professional advice for your specific situation. Please do not misuse the site: do not try to get around its security, submit someone else's details, or send automated requests.

The assessment

Your report is based only on your own answers, so it is only as accurate as they are. It is a development tool to help you reflect on your capabilities. It is not a psychological or medical assessment, and it should not be the only basis for hiring, promotion, or other employment decisions.

Your free report is emailed to you once, when you finish. The link in that email works for 1 year, and you can download the PDF to keep. Sign-in links to your assessment expire after 24 hours; you can request a new one at any time. Access may be suspended if these terms are broken.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com. To reschedule or cancel, use the link in your booking email. The conversation about your assessment results opens after you share feedback on your report.

Courses

Showing interest in a course is not a booking or a commitment, by you or by Mahmoud. Dates, prices, places, and cancellation terms are confirmed separately in writing before any payment.

Ownership

The assessment questions, scoring, reports, and site content belong to Mahmoud Ghoz. You may keep and share your own report for personal and professional use. Please do not copy, publish, or sell the questions or reports, or use them to build a similar product.

Responsibility

The site and reports are provided as they are. Mahmoud works to keep them accurate and available, but as far as Egyptian law allows, he is not responsible for decisions you make based on a report, or for losses if the site is temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms reduces the rights or remedies you have under the Consumer Protection Law or any other law; where a term here conflicts with those rights, the law prevails.

Privacy

How your personal information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Law, complaints, and disputes

These terms follow Egyptian law. If something goes wrong, email first and Mahmoud will try to sort it out within 14 days. You can also complain to Egypt's Consumer Protection Authority. Any dispute that reaches court is heard by the competent Egyptian courts in Cairo. If you are outside Egypt, this does not take away protections your own law gives you.

Questions

Email contactme@mghoz.com, or assessment@mghoz.com about the assessment.
