About the Course
The ICP-ACC program is an immersive learning experience for Agile practitioners looking to deepen their coaching capabilities. It focuses equally on being an Agile coach, developing mindset, presence, and self-awareness, and doing Agile coaching, applying professional coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and teaching skills to support teams and organizations. Through a highly interactive format, participants explore the principles, roles, and stances of an Agile coach, practice coaching conversations, and learn how to build strong working relationships with individuals, teams, and leadership.
