About the Course

The ICAgile Certified Professional, Agile Fundamentals (ICP) program is an immersive learning experience designed to help individuals and teams establish a solid foundation in Agile values, principles, and practices. Serving as the primary entry point for professionals in software development and delivery, with Business Agility Foundations playing the equivalent role for those outside the software context, this program focuses on "being Agile" as the precursor to "doing Agile," enabling participants to adopt the mindset, culture, and collaborative skills essential for success in Agile environments. Participants explore the history of the Agile movement, the Agile Manifesto, and widely applied frameworks, while developing the interpersonal and team-level capabilities that underpin adaptive planning, value-driven development, customer collaboration, and continuous improvement.
