About the Course
The ICP-BAF program demonstrates an ability to articulate the values, principles, and dimensions of business agility. Participants learn to formulate an action plan for applying agility in their workplaces and to appraise and use a variety of frameworks, tools, and techniques to jumpstart the organizational and individual transformation toward a more responsive, value-driven reality. The course covers new ways of thinking, differentiating behaviors, and practical frameworks including lean systems thinking, lean startup, design thinking, and flow-based systems.
