About the Course
DevOps is not a toolset or a job title; it is a way of organizing people, work, and technology so that value flows from idea to production without friction. Built on the official DASA curriculum, this three-day course follows a deliberate arc from understanding DevOps, to applying its principles, to starting the journey in your own organization. Participants explore why DevOps emerged, what the six DASA principles demand of a team, and how the CALMS model turns Culture, Automation, Lean, Measurement, and Sharing into daily practice. The course closes with exam preparation and a mock exam, and prepares participants for the DASA DevOps Fundamentals certification, the entry point of the DASA qualification scheme.
