About the Course
Understanding DevOps is one thing; making it work inside a real organization is another. This three-day course turns principle into practice through the Three Ways of DevOps: Flow, Feedback, and Continual Learning. Participants trace how Agile and Lean led to the DevOps movement, then work through each of the Three Ways in turn, pairing its principles with the practices and toolchain that bring it to life. The course closes as a working session: participants build a transformation roadmap for their own context, plan for organizational change and adoption, and complete the Master Assignment, presenting their plan to the group for structured feedback. Teams leave with an actionable starting point, not just an understanding of the theory.
