About the Course

Kanban Systems Improvement completes the service-delivery pathway to the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential, focused on managing, evolving, and scaling Kanban systems beyond the team. Participants learn to operate the seven Kanban cadences that create organizational feedback loops, manage and measure flow at scale, address sources of delay and variability, and lead evolutionary change guided by fitness for purpose. The course prepares managers and coaches to sustain improvement long after the initial system design.
