About the Course
Leadership is not one-size-fits-all. This dynamic course helps leaders understand, compare, and intentionally apply different leadership styles in context, with people, and for purpose. Participants explore the mindsets and behaviors of people-first leadership, identify their dominant style, examine how authenticity builds trust, and clarify how their values show up in their leadership. Because style without follow-through fails, the course also addresses how leaders delegate with clarity, empower others without abdicating responsibility, and build a culture of accountability. The course concludes with a personal leadership action plan to expand versatility with confidence and authenticity.
