About the Course
Adopting AI is one challenge; reorganizing work around it is another. This advanced course serves leaders who have moved past awareness and pilots and now face the structural question: how should work, roles, and teams be redesigned when AI systems become genuine collaborators? Participants learn to decompose work into what should be automated, augmented, or kept human, design team structures and management routines for human-AI collaboration, and set clear standards for quality, accountability, and oversight when outputs are produced jointly by people and machines. Equal weight is given to the human dynamics of redesign: identity, status, fairness, and trust, so that new operating models are adopted rather than resisted. AI-Ready Leadership, or demonstrable equivalent AI fluency, is a formal prerequisite for this course.
