About the Course

The ICP-LEA program is an intensive and experiential leadership journey designed for senior executives, transformation sponsors, and enterprise change leaders seeking to evolve their leadership capacity for the adaptive, complex world of 21st-century organizations. Moving beyond frameworks and methodologies, this program develops leaders as instruments of transformation, equipping them to nurture enterprise agility, shape adaptive cultures, and lead through emergence and uncertainty through immersive reflection, peer dialogue, and guided experimentation.
