About the Course
The Team Kanban Practitioner course is the optional, team-level entry point to the Kanban method. Participants learn how to visualize their work, limit work in progress, and manage flow at the team level, experiencing through simulation how small changes to the way work is managed produce large improvements in predictability and delivery. The course introduces the principles and general practices of Kanban and equips teams to design and run their first Kanban board, run effective Kanban meetings, and start their evolutionary improvement journey with minimal disruption.
