About the Course

Based on the Positive Intelligence (PQ) framework by Shirzad Chamine. Delivered by a Certified PQ Coach (CPQC). Your mind is your best friend, and it can also be your worst enemy. Positive Intelligence reports that its framework and assessments were developed through research involving more than 500,000 participants across 50 countries. In the PQ model, a small set of internal Saboteurs, automatic negative patterns of the mind, quietly drain performance, damage relationships, and generate much of workplace stress. This immersive three-day course brings the Positive Intelligence operating system into the classroom. Participants discover their personal Saboteur profile, build the Self-Command muscle through in-session practice, and learn to access five Sage powers for handling real workplace challenges: decisions, conflict, feedback, setbacks, and change. Because mental fitness is built like physical fitness, through repetition rather than insight, the course closes with a structured daily practice plan so the rewiring continues long after the classroom ends.

What You Will Learn

  • Explore the PQ model of reactive and constructive mental patterns, alongside relevant principles of attention, emotional regulation, and habit formation, and why insight alone rarely creates lasting change
  • Recognize the universal Judge and your top accomplice Saboteurs, and expose the hidden lies and justifications that keep them in charge
  • Practice short, repeatable Self-Command exercises that interrupt autopilot reactions and restore choice in the moment
  • Catch how your specific Saboteurs distort decision-making, delegation, feedback, conflict, and performance under pressure
  • Apply the five Sage powers, Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate, to convert setbacks and challenges into gifts and opportunities
  • Design a personal mental fitness plan that turns the course into a daily habit rather than a memory
